Gender equality index
SBFM has published its gender equality index based on 2024 data. While the specific structure of our workforce prevents us from calculating an overall score, we can share the results for the indicators that could be assessed.
- Indicator relating to the gap in individual raise rates: 35 points.
- Indicator relating to the percentage of female employees who received a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15 points.
- Indicator relating to the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5 points.
Equity and justice are values that SBFM holds dear, so we continue to actively promote professional equality and take concrete steps to improve our performance in all areas. We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all our employees.
By producing some of our products locally, we significantly reduce the carbon emissions associated with transporting goods, while promoting the local economy and creating jobs in our region. Furthermore, by integrating sustainability principles more effectively in our manufacturing process, we can minimize waste, optimize the use of resources, and give preference to recycled materials.
